  26. Well, a good 040/40 board should be about 4 times as fast as the 030/25.

  28. However, you must compare identical mpeg streams. Size _and_ quality determine
  29. playback speed significantly. Low quality streams play back faster because
  30. they contain less information that has to be decoded.
